About Us

The Filipino-American community in Stafford, VA and surrounding areas established a non-profit organization to promote fellowship and unity among Filipino-Americans, and to keep the heritage of the Filipino culture with the ideas of liberty and democracy.

The Filipino-American Association of Stafford, VA (FAASV), will engage in lawful activities that are non-political, non-religious, and non-profit (subject to the limitations in the Articles of Incorporation under Section 501 (c) (4 )of the Internal Revenue Code). 

FAASV's Goals and  objectives:
1) To promote fellowship and unity among Filipino-Americans.
2) To promote Filipino heritage, and provide cultural education to the community.
3) To foster cohesiveness and strengthen personal and social interactions among its members and other organizations.
4) To provide hospitality and assistance to newly relocated members in the area.
5) To provide scholarship grants to qualified students.
